Our down payments tend to be a little smaller and only aim to cover the cost of the initial materials as well as the first week of labor. We do then ask for several smaller progressive payments.

Yes, in the interest of full transparency, at the end of the project, we provide all receipts for materials. We do not mark them up, passing all savings to you.

Yes, we will provide you with an itemized estimate. The estimate is flexible, depending on the project schedule and budgeted materials.

Do you use subcontractors?

Yes, we use subcontractors for specialty work. However, all subcontractors we work with are people we've known for several years and worked with on many jobs.
